Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewelry items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing may take 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos for quick resolution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
